Jim has been involved in luxury real estate and golf clubs for the past 15 years. As a past golf professional, Jim transitioned into the sales and marketing of high-end real estate and golf club memberships throughout the western United States and Mexico. Working with one of the premier developers in the United States, DMB and Associates (based in Scottsdale, Arizona), Jim gained development and project knowledge along with working with some of the best sales and marketing minds in the United States. Jim has worked closely and confidentially with the business elite in buying and selling property throughout southern California, Arizona and Texas. Most recently, Jim was the broker at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, California. The Vintage Club is regarded as one of the top clubs in the world with a membership comprised of Fortune 500 CEO’s, entrepreneurs and titans of industry. Jim is now residing in Auckland with his wife Kara and two sons.
