John is a Real Estate Institution on his own within Tauranga.  Since 1989, his infectious enthusiasm matched with his energy and drive has seen John constantly meeting people's needs.  Having a building background gives John an advantageous "nuts and bolts" approach and understanding of construction and development that is rare in sales.  John has been heavily involved in project management ensuring delivery of agreed schedules from client and builder.

Amongst the many areas of development, residential, sub-division and commercial re-development, John has been involved in a number of high profile proposals from conception right through to completion. John specializes in, and has the ability to "make the deal work" for all parties, a fundamental ingredient to the success of any project. It should be noted that few individuals have been so successfully involved in all areas of property development from site allocation, residential, construction through to sales.

John is a real people person whose company is always engaging and whose advice is often sought. His area of particular interest is in participation in helping shape The Bay and he enjoys involvement in creating the future vision of such a vibrant and exciting region.
