Jon joined Bayleys Real Estate (Whalan and Partners Ltd) Ashburton Office in February 2010 following a career spanning 42 years with Pyne Gould Guinness Ltd now PGG Wrightson Ltd. Jon has a very extensive knowledge of the rural sector, having previously worked as a Stock Agent, Head Auctioneer, Livestock Manager, Rural Finance Officer and since 2001 as a Rural Real Estate Consultant. During this time Jon was involved in the sale of a wide variety of properties, mainly in the Mid Canterbury district.

Jon’s depth of knowledge of Mid Canterbury and the wider district is significant. He has an unrivalled reputation and enjoys an excellent rapport with people from all walks of life.
