Jon comes to the Bayleys Warkworth office bringing his genuine and approachable personal style, and deep connections to the Warkworth community. 

Jon was a Police Officer for 30 years and more recently spent the past 16 years serving the Warkworth community in a Youth and Community focused role.  During this time he worked closely with a diverse range of local community organisations, sports teams and local schools to help them flourish and succeed.  He is a former President of the Omaha Beach Surf Club and has made and continues to make impactful contributions to the Springboard community organisation.   Jon is widely known and respected in the community for his integrity and professionalism and for his ability to resolve problems in a pragmatic and practical way.   He has the ability to build rapport quickly, and brings a calm and logical perspective when dealing with stressful situations.

Jon enjoys making genuine connections with people.  He builds enduring relationships based on integrity and trust with his friendly, down to earth personality.  He is an excellent communicator and straight talker who will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for his clients.

Jon has a passion for the property sector having previously worked as a builder and having bought, sold and renovated numerous investment properties. 

He is married and has two adult children and enjoys keeping fit and spending time exploring the stunning Matakana Coast and surrounding areas.
