Joseph Goddard and his family have lived in the Mount for 18 years and he is well known and respected for the many successful hospitality businesses that he and wife Kirsty have either managed or owned.  Prior to migrating to the beautiful Mount, Joseph was involved in a number of businesses in Auckland having firstly completed a degree in finance and marketing.  Joseph has an extensive knowledge of the business world and a high level of contacts at all levels.  His strengths are in the areas of marketing and negotiating with a focus on building relationships.

With Joseph’s business experiences comes a very high level of knowledge and understanding of the legal and financial requirements of real estate.

Joseph is passionate about property and has been involved in a number of property investments and developments in the area from apartments to commercial developments.  Joseph has a reputation as a deal maker and is very results focused.
