Julie-Anne may be a newcomer to the Ray White Nelson office,  but she is certainly no stranger to providing professional, dedicated and client-orientated service to those that engage her. A rewarding 25-year career as a registered project architect in Namibia stands as a testimony to her long-standing dedication to clients, commitment to service and professional outlook.

Over the years, she has interacted with people from all walks of life through a mutual love of property. With this, she has come to appreciate that real estate is more than just bricks and mortar - it is an expression of the very people themselves and their life journey. 

Having bought and sold property herself including having designed and developed her own investment property abroad, clients’ will benefit from her first-hand experiences, solution-orientated thinking and true love of the built form - both as an asset class and as that emotional 'place we call home'.

Change and the courage it takes to execute it is something she understands well.  It has been a long road from designing health facilities for some of the most impoverished communities to New Zealand, the country of her father’s birth and one of the most desirable places on the planet to be. Julie-Anne considers it the ultimate privilege to be living with her husband and son in Nelson and to be invited into peoples’ lives to help them navigate their real estate journey. These are not privileges she takes lightly.
