Born, bred and living locally, Karen is passionate about Darfield and surrounds. Karen is totally committed to achieving the best result for her clients and will stop at nothing to ensure outcomes that surpass their expectations. Her previous careers have all involved serving and helping people in some way and it is here her true passion lies. She’s worked in hospitality and civil construction so is used to working with a wide range of people and in high-pressure environments.  She’s a high achiever and hard worker; before she transitioned to real estate she was the first female chef to win Commis Chef of the South Island and was on the project team that built both the Christchurch Northern motorways.

Karen takes a very people and results focused approach to real estate. She cares passionately about doing the best job she can and considers being responsible for such an emotional transaction as a person’s home a huge privilege. She takes the time to listen to her clients, identify their property goals, then helps to achieve them. She designs a personalised marketing plan and offers solid communication and complete transparency every step of the way.

Karen likes being involved in her local community and is secretary of the Darfield Cricket Club. In her spare time she loves keeping fit, live music and concerts, good restaurants, riding horses and spending time with friends.
