When I saw her my immediate thought was “they are using schools girls to collect the names and addresses”. There was another open home to view in another hour, after the Beaumont Green house and there was Katie again. By then I knew we were dealing with a young enthusiastic and professional agent who knew all the details of the property and was able to answer all the relevant questions that I posed about the property. After a second viewing my wife and I made a decision to make an offer. Once again Katie ensured the repairs were completed as soon as possible by being available to open the house so the repairer could gain entry and get the job done.
