About Kazu Shimazaki
Kazu Shimazaki is presently working with his wife, Jeanette, at Ray White Burnside. He has been living in New Zealand for over 20 years now.
Previously he worked as an inbound tour operator manager during a 15-year period in the tourism industry. Before coming to New Zealand, Kazu worked in a market research firm and a medical company in Japan. The skills he gained whilst carrying out market research are important to his real estate business.
Kazu is a board member of the Canterbury Japanese society. He belongs to the public relations department and is the chief editor of the newsletter.
His hobby is playing a guitar. He attends jazz school and also plays guitar in a local bar.
