Waggs – The Name Everyone Knows
Kevin Wagg or "Waggs" spent nearly 30 years in radio, 26 of those as breakfast host in places like Hawke's Bay, Kapiti, Taranaki, Cairns and Mackay North Queensland.
He is passionate about Hawke's Bay especially Napier, where he was born and bred. Waggs is married with two adult children and was very recently a first time grandad to baby Jack and Rumi.
Waggs is very community focused; MCing quiz nights, food fairs, charity auctions and Hawke's Bay A & P Society events, he's always available for fundraising activities or charitable projects.
Waggs is great at building strong relationships, and achieved this both in radio and more recently while managing the Bay Hawks Basketball team. Negotiating contracts with players and sponsors was achieved to everyone's satisfaction; Waggs understands that listening to the needs and requirements of all "clients" is paramount to success.

Kevin Waggs was an unreal agent. He helped me through many viewings and when it came down to it the home I fell in love with and bought I only saw because he recommended it and took me through it. Waggs was always available by phone and email and he worked my availability into his day and week always. My sales consultant was Kevin Wagg. I looked for houses for quite a while and met several real estate agents.
Kevin was very knowledable and could always answer our questions. He was always willing to organise visits (my children live in Wellington - so several viewings were necessary). He helped me through the process with expertise, pro-active and was on his feet to find solutions.

My wife and I recently purchased a house in Napier where Kevin Wagg ("Waggs") was the agent.
From the moment we first talked, Waggs has always been very approachable and :friendly. He had an extensive knowledge of the property and we also appreciated (as purchasers outside Hawkes Bay) his insight into local tradespeople to contact as and when necessary.
Waggs has taken on a greater role than normal for us as we were also unavailable on
"takeover day" and Waggs very kindly organised not only a thorough final clean and inspection of the property but also facilitated the obtaining of house keys on our behalf.
