Kevin Yan is our Chinese Communication’s Manager. His role is to support our Chinese clients, be they buyers or sellers, and facilitate great communication between them and our expert business brokers. Kevin has a wealth of experience to offer, as he has been purchasing residential and commercial properties since 2008. Over this time Kevin specialized in the Property Investment sector. As an owner of both commercial and residential properties, Kevin understands what is involved in getting the maximum return from investment. Kevin holds a master’s degree in Accounting from Lincoln University in Christchurch and since graduating has gained extensive business experience across several property and business sectors, adding to his already impressive knowledge base.
Kevin believes great communication, combined with quality information, is the key to successful investment. He is passionate about helping others to invest safely, and smartly, in an ever-changing market.
