Wanganui Country agent Knud Bukholt has been part of the country team since 2007.

He has had 30 years of comprehensive involvement within the rural sector, from shearing, shepherding, tutoring through to rural real estate, he has hands on knowledge which gives Farmers confidence when entrusting their most valuable asset.

Over the years Knud’s determination to succeed has seen him excel in many fields including representing NZ in gymnastics, achieving top shearing tallies with a personal tally of 615 ewes in nine hours, and reaching the junior finals of the Golden Shears. Knud is a vehement supporter of quality and accountability irrespective of the discipline.

Knud clearly understands the Bayleys ethos and remains focused on using the full range of Bayleys tools to achieve the best possible return for his clients’ most valuable asset.

Keadie Bradshaw is Knud’s Business Assistant. Keadie has a background in corporate marketing and communications having worked in the financial and telecommunications sectors in Wellington for 10 years before moving back to her home town of Wanganui. Keadie has worked in Real Estate for over 3 years in administration and marketing. Keadie is a great communicator and believes in good old-fashioned service and ethics. Keadie is focused on using her skills to work with and assist Knud and is excited about being a part of the country team.
