About Kylie Cashmore

Selecting the right real estate agent is one of the most important decisions you can make when selling property. Kylie offers a fresh approach to real estate, and when you trust her with the sale of your home, rest assured she will go the extra mile to deliver the results you want.

Whether it’s first home buyers looking to break into the market, families upsizing, empty nesters downsizing or investors looking to generate strong yields, selling property on behalf of her clients is a privilege to Kylie. In fact, handing over keys she is often as excited as the new buyer.

It is this passion for property coupled with her love of working with people that has seen Kylie make the move from commercial to residential real estate where she makes it her mission to connect clients with their dream home.

Kylie draws on her background in marketing, including time at a leading advertising agency, to offer a fresh approach to real estate marketing using traditional and contemporary marketing channels to maximise reach and appeal.

She also knows the importance of offering clients strong market intel to help guide their decision making – so important in the ever-changing market. Kylie keeps her finger firmly on the pulse of market trends and the latest intelligence and is equally comfortable advising first home buyers who need a lot of guidance to seasoned investors looking for advice on yields and compliance.

People who have worked with Kylie remark on her clear, honest and responsive communication and her negotiation skills, honed no doubt through raising three children (two currently teenagers)!

Kylie is equally passionate about the city she is proud to call home. Married to Adrian Cashmore, (a Bayleys Commercial agent), they relocated their family from Tauranga to Dunedin in 2013, and have never looked back – citing it as the best place in the world to raise a family.

Kylie is privileged to have strong connections across multiple schools, charities and sports clubs with three growing children. She is an ex-board member of Maori Hill School, PTA member of Maori Hill School and Otago Boys and manager of Otago Basketball representative age group teams. Kylie has a double degree from Auckland University majoring in Marketing and Management.
