Maximising property exposure is a skill I have developed over the years in sales to leverage high-quality professional photography, drone videography, 3D virtual tours, and targeted digital campaigns across social media and real estate platforms to ensure maximum exposure.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I customise sales strategies based on the property type and target buyers. 

I developed my negotiation skills through years of experience in face-to-face sales, This hands-on experience taught me to read people, understand their motivations, and tailor my approach. These skills have translated seamlessly into real estate, allowing me to negotiate effectively and secure favourable outcomes for my clients.

It is incredibly satisfying to help clients navigate challenges during the selling process. Knowing that I can support them during a critical time gives me a deep sense of fulfillment.

Community is central to me - it provides an opportunity to give back and help where I can by volunteering at the Gurudwara (Temple), helping prepare food, and assisting with other tasks necessary to run a free community kitchen where everyone can have a free meal daily.

In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and two kids, whether we’re at the beach, local gardens, the Gurudwara, or enjoying a meal at a local café or restaurant.
