Leroy has also been involved in the sale of a number of retail properties and developments he has leased. Successes include taking a leading role in leasing convenience retail projects in Auckland, Pukekohe, Tauranga, Hamilton, New Plymouth, and bulk retail centres in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Hastings, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, and Invercargill. Leroy has extensive knowledge of both convenience retail, and bulk retail opportunities in most major centres throughout New Zealand.
