I have lived in New Zealand with my family for the past 18 years, two of which were spent in property development.

I have worked in the real estate industry for the last fourteen years.

Prior to real estate, I obtained vice Professor in Science & Atmosphere and spent 15 years teaching in University in Beijing. I developed my communication and organisational skills in this role, enabling me to analyse the property market in a scientific manner so that you, the client, will benefit.

I speak both Mandarin and English which enables me to communicate effectively with clients from many cultures. I am a patient person, I listen to your needs and I am willing to offer my professional views about your property requirements at all times.
