I joined the real estate industry at its peak in 2007 and continued to work in the industry through the recession and beyond. Throughout these changing markets I’ve consistently achieved good results for my clients, and managed to do particularly well during the down turn because of my determination to work harder and put in the extra required effort.

Prior to real estate I worked in the building industry as a housing consultant assisting property developers with finding building sites, designing floor plans and colour matching interiors and exteriors. This experience has proved invaluable in the real estate industry where clients often require a second opinion on how to best present their own home.

Having also trained as an Occupational Therapist I’ve developed great listening skills. I often find that while it’s important to listen, it’s also important to be able to elicit more information so that I am able to get a full view of your needs and wants.

I’ve been a resident of the eastern suburbs since arriving from Hong Kong in 1990. I’m passionate about the area because it has a multicultural community, offers great amenities and is close to a number of beaches. Being a local who comes from Hong Kong, I’m able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin which opens up many doors for exposing your home to a wider segment of buyers.
