- Lorraine Fox
Lorraine and her husband, Noel, own and run a boutique dairy farm in Maihiihi, Otorohanga. They dabble in a few sheep and beef too, with fruit trees of all descriptions across their farm. They have three children; an electrician, a builder and their daughter attends Lincoln University. They are proud to see their kids embarking on their own life adventures and making their own way in the world.
Before Lorraine started her career in Real Estate, for 20 years she was highly involved as a volunteer in community groups in Ōtorohanga and Te Kuiti, from playcentres to schools and sports groups ranging from administration to governance and employment to funding roles. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Disputes Resolution.
Being a local and with over two years' experience in Real Estate, combined with her experience outside of the industry, Lorraine brings fresh enthusiasm, confidence and a strong skill set that is required to work constructively with people and achieve a positive result for all. She is committed to process and systems, and most importantly she keeps people and their interests and needs at heart. People will say that Lorraine always goes above and beyond in her work, and is relentless in her support for her clients.
Lorraine understands that the decision to buy or sell is one of life's greatest milestones and she has the skills required to negotiate, empathise and deliver excellent outcomes for clients, through effective communication, professionalism and a determination to see her clients right, right to the end. Trust, honesty, ethics and integrity (with a decent dose of humour) are the cornerstones of Lorraine's practise. She prides herself on her local knowledge and understanding the people and properties in her local community.
