I personally attend all my open homes so I can keep a direct ‘finger on the pulse’ when it comes to potential buyers, competition, and feedback. This allows me to adapt and respond accordingly – marketing real estate can at times be fast-moving, dynamic, and full of opportunity, and my job is be the vendor’s strongest advocate in selling their home. I know the sales process, I know the signals, and I know when the time is right for people seeking to buy.
Away from work, I’m a keen gardener, walker, and traveller. Of course I love spending time with my family, and I enjoy a wide variety of friends – many of whom I’ve met through real estate.
Although I have past experience in the health, education, and law sectors, it’s my career in real estate that I’m most passionate and successful in. I have to admit, my love of houses goes so deep that at one stage I ended up building my very own ‘dream home’!
