- Louise Bradley
Being born and raised on the Coromandel and now having raised 3 grown-up children of my own here, I have a lot of pride and knowledge of our beautiful part of New Zealand. We are now proud grandparents to six beautiful grandchildren!
Originally from Thames, my husband and myself first moved to Matarangi in 1990 after returning from our OE. Matarangi was very different then with only 26 permanent residents living here. Our love of the outdoors, fishing, diving, walking and hunting (hubby), took my husband on a fishing trip in 1999 that resulted in an opportunity in Coroglen where we spent 10 years raising our family and co-owning a 100 acre avocado and kiwifruit orchard.
Real Estate was always my goal and upon selling out of the orchard 14 years ago, my husband Glenn returned to the forestry in Whangapoua as a supervisor for Ernslaw One, I trained as a real estate salesperson and we returned to Matarangi, bought a home here and fulfilled this dream.
My 14 years listing and selling in Matarangi have been very successful and I have helped many people in and out of holiday and permanent homes. I enjoy people and really love being able to help both buyers and sellers realise their goals. I pride myself on really listening and going that extra mile to make it happen and this has been recognised by Ray White when I have regularly achieved ‘Premier’ and 'Executive' status and the wonderful feedback I receive from my happy vendors and purchasers.
If you are looking to buy or sell property in Matarangi or the surrounding beaches or if you own a property here and would like to receive our market reviews or receive a no obligation market appraisal of your property, then give me a call. I am based in Matarangi and would love to hear from you.
