After studying industrial engineering and marketing at Massey University, Malcolm graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies in 1979 and was recruited by Alex Harvey Industries as a management trainee. He was soon appointed as Quality Control Manager at AHI’s Metal Container Plant in Mt Wellington.

In 1986, he pursued osteopathic studies in Sydney and developed an interest in meditation. During the years that followed he expanded his skills through a variety of professions, before assuming responsibility for Cox Partners Estate Agents in 1993.

Under his leadership the company has implemented some of the most innovative and progressive systems in the industry.

Malcolm graduated again from Massey University with a Diploma of Business Studies in Real Estate and taught the Real Estate Systems segments on this course. He was awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Administration in 2013.

Malcolm’s goal is to provide the best real estate service in New Zealand, based on the highest standards of ethics, values and client care.

Malcolm and his wife Helen live in Napier with the youngest of their three sons. They actively support the performing arts and anthroposophical initiatives in Hawkes Bay.
