After 30 years with McArthur Real Estate, Mark joined Tommy’s and now with the recent merge is delighted to be involved with another family run company of Bayleys Hutt Valley. As a company, and sales team, Bayleys enjoys a similar reputation, and practise’s real estate in the same ethical manner with clients and customer’s needs coming first.
Mark has a great knowledge of the real estate industry. He believes in “putting back”, evidenced by his role, for 25 years, as an elected member of the Wellington District Committee of Real Estate Institute of N.Z. (including 2 years as President). In 2003 he was honoured by his peers and awarded a Fellowship of the Institute.

He is currently involved with “Friends of Upper Hutt Ambulance Station” raising funds to pay for the annual running costs of the Upper Hutt station.
Mark has a passion for Upper Hutt with its community, businesses, lifestyles, environs and all the opportunities the young city offers. “Upper Hutt caters for all ages, all walks of life and, no matter what the hobby or pastime, there is an outlet for it in Upper Hutt”. He has helped well in excess of 600 homeowners in Upper Hutt.
