Mark Preston has been an active member of the Central West Auckland Commercial and Industrial team since 2017, based in Bayleys head office in Auckland’s CBD. In 2018, 2019 he was recognised as a High Achiever, ranking in the top 5% of all Bayley’s sales people nationwide. He has also been recognised each year in the under 35’s top achievers.

Mark has completed a large number of transactions in Auckland’s industrial market, focusing predominately on West Auckland where he has become an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to long term repeat clients.

Mark works alongside established industry professionals, including Scott Campbell, Mike Houlker, Sunil Bhana and James Hill, utilising their networks and expertise as and when required.  He is committed to delivering outstanding results for his clients, and developing and nurturing lasting relationships.

Mark leverages his ambition and expert knowledge of Auckland’s industrial market to benefit all those involved in property transactions.

He is a natural-born communicator and his diligence, attention to detail and hard-working ethos will fortify a long and successful career in the real estate profession.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf and credits his four handicap to high levels of focus and meticulous practice.
