With six years of real estate sales and leasing, a degree in valuation and property management and having owned multiple businesses plus commercial and residential properties, Matt is THE property specialist to talk to in the Hauraki area. Matt has extensive involvement in major sale campaigns of property and businesses, working with small families, community groups and also large companies like The Warehouse. Matt completed a B.Com VPM from Lincoln University and graduated with a Future Leaders’ Scholarship. During his studies, Matt also won several other scholarships including the Harcourts Real Estate Scholarship for students showing strong potential in real estate marketing and sales. Matt is heavily involved with local community groups such as the Hauraki Reuse Centre Trust, Paeroa Rotary Group and Paeroa Streamcare Trust, and believes that "givers gain". Aside from property and business, Matt is also passionate about self-sufficiency, regenerative farming and ecological restoration. He lives in Karangahake with his two young lads (both under five) and his fiancée, Amy. As a broker, Matt is driven to go the extra mile for clients and understands that honesty, professionalism and hard work is imperative to helping clients.
