Maurice Weaver was born in New Zealand and grew up in West Auckland where he did all his schooling. He started his working life as a motor engineer, obtaining his A Grade and going on to become a service manager. Then for the next 23 years in sales and marketing which consisted of owning three very successful companies and since 1997 he has worked in real estate. He obtained his 2 million sales certificate early on and is working towards his next milestone. His motto is honesty and experience when dealing with sellers and buyers as he likes to be treated. As his business is all about people and their aspirations, dreams, emotions and achievements especially when you are dealing with what in most cases is their biggest asset. His greatest satisfaction is when he matches people and property together. He has an inclusive and imaginative style and places high value on excellence and integrity within all aspects of the business.
