Prior to meeting with Meghan, I did contact the agent who sold me this house in Glen Eden but she said the value of the house might be around ‘high 5’ based on the database she had on hand. However, I shared this thought with Meghan about reaching above $600,000 and he positively accepted this challenge
Meghan’s work attitude is excellent as he found me a potential buyer within his contact within 3 days after I signed an agreement to sell my Glen Eden property.
