I met Mel as the owner of House of Yoga in 2016. Since then she and I have maintained a friendly connection and through this relationship, I met her lovely Mum - Annette. Both women present as natural, open, friendly, trustworthy "real" and very savvy businesswomen. When listing and VERY quickly selling our property recently, they went out of their way for us. Giving their time, guidance, well-honed skills, and professionalism. Our sale was a particularly sensitive one but they managed our requests and wishes with kindness and sensitivity.
With Mel at the helm of our house sale, everything went smoothly and easily. Dealing with Mel made the whole sales experience feel like a breath of fresh air. We would whole heartedly recommend Mel Taylor from Collab, who recently sold our rental property. We were aware being so close to Xmas, that it was not the best time to put our house on the market with most agents going on holiday and traditionally a slow period in the real estate market We partly chose Mel over others as she was prepared to work right through this time and she managed to secure the last photo opportunity of the year with the listing going online within a day. Within 2 weeks she presented us with two offers, one of which she negotiated to an acceptable price. We were amazed as hadn't expected any action so soon let alone a sale in this slow market. A shorter settlement date was also negotiated which meant the whole process took less than a month. At all times Mel acted very professionally but personably making the process really easy and the experience great for us as vendors.
