About Merv Gardiner
Merv began his real estate career in Waiuku in 1994, coming from a rural background as a Dairy farmer and Jersey cattle breeder. Merv has been involved in hundreds of successful rural and residential sales. Having gained invaluable experience working through the difficult times, Merv understands what it takes to help clients realise their property goals in any market.
Merv’s particular forte is skillful negotiation. He has the ability to understand and evaluate and communicates effectively, acting with integrity throughout the process – earning him the trust and respect of many satisfied customers.
Merv has lived by the coast for most of his life and enjoys the benefits this brings. Like many he enjoys fishing and boating and was involved with playing and coaching rugby for many years.
