I’m Michelle, born in Scotland and now loving living and working in the beautiful beach town of Tairua.  

I’ve been involved in numerous aspects of property sales and development all my life and have the skills to help you present your home in a way that will increase its desirability to a wide range of purchasers. Sometimes showcasing your home can be daunting but if you’re in need of an experienced hands-on agent offering honest, solid advice in all aspects of the sales process including decluttering and staging then I’m here to help.  

I’ve had 30 years of ‘house-flipping’ experience with over 30 projects of my own so far. My skills are not only practical as I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economics and Surveying and have worked in commercial property agency, surveying, rating valuations and rentals.

My interest in sustainable building also led me to have my own energy performance survey company in the Uk and I hope one day to build my own zero emissions home. 

Nowadays I am living a slightly quieter life with my husband and son, though still actively involved in investment property, renovating and running my holiday rental property in Tairua. I also love hospitality, hosting and talking to people.  

I keep up-to-date with what is happening on the Peninsula in the property market with my own, very busy property page on Facebook. I am passionate about everything that is property and believe that you cannot sell a home without a real love of houses.
