Michelle first started in real estate in 2002, now it is 2020, that is a long time!

Michelle has been with James Law Realty since its first year of incorporation and has been an integral part of the company.

Her areas of expertise are:

▪️ Commercial “Off Plans” sales and pre-leasing expert.

▪️ Residential upon request.

Michelle offers strategic development advice with an emphasis on Commercial awareness; Contracts; Commercial Landlord/Tenant relationships; Negotiation; Risk management; Project planning; and Project progression.

Previous to being with James Law Realty Michelle was with the Auckland based Bayleys team.
