Prior to shaping a career in Real Estate, Mike has had a wide and varied career path in his home town of Palmerston North. Having previously worked in Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Security, the Health sector and Hospitality, he is well-grounded to relate to folk from all works of life.

Being both a home-owner and investor, Mike has seen Real Estate from “both sides of the fence”. He enjoys making property improvements that add value.

Outside of Real Estate, Mike enjoys tramping, running, fishing, travelling and DIY around the home.

Ranjita is originally from India but has lived all over the world, having been educated in India, the United States, Norway and New Zealand where she gained her PhD. Working as a scientist with 25+ years of experience in research, real estate is a far cry from her past successful career but she loves it.

Having been a buyer and a seller herself, she has learnt from those experiences, wanting others to benefit from that knowledge. It’s not just a transaction for her, Ranjita sincerely cares about people. What she enjoys most about Real Estate is meeting new people, listening to them, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their dreams.
