A long association with not only real estate, but also the people of the South Auckland region, award-winning agent Monty Dsor is widely respected for his dedicated service to the community. A Ray White sales veteran, Monty is highly skilled and hugely committed to the work he does.
Originally from India, Monty has a Bachelor of Economics and Masters in Management and speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and English. He has a business background owning and running successful language academies. In 2003 he immigrated with his family to New Zealand and worked in the FMCG industry for four years before joining Ray White Manurewa in 2007. Within two years Monty had achieved Premier status – no mean feat during the challenging GFC period. Since then, Monty had gone from strength to strength consistently accomplishing Elite status, high customer satisfaction scores and recognition as the top salesperson in the branch, placing 13th nationwide for Ray White in 2013. In 2014 Monty moved to Ray White Papatoetoe and bought into the franchise.
Monty’s high level of professionalism, reliability and passion for people and their goals sees him enjoying repeat business from numerous homeowners who also refer him to their neighbours, families and friends. His inspiration and drive to succeed come from the love and support of his wife Vivian and their two children, Aryan and Mehr. He spends what precious spare time he gets travelling with the family and as an avid sports fan loves cricket and rugby and is a skilled squash player. His community service includes school fundraising, Ronald McDonald House and a Christmas gift-giving initiative - Kids First at Middlemore Hospital.
