His career has always involved dealing with people in a non-stop, high-energy environment, whether in financial services, real estate or recruitment. He began working in residential sales in Sydney where he spent four years assisting clients with their property needs in the highly competitive North Shore and Eastern suburbs. Neale enjoys spending as much time possible with his children, watching them grow and develop is a privilege and honour to him. Whether watching his daughter play netball or taking an active interest in his sons’ rugby and cricket teams, assisting the coaches and stepping in when required is an added bonus.
