Neil Ransfield is a career salesman who has had over 24years in the profession. After a successful 15year stint as a sales representative working for various market leading consumer companies Neil decided to embark on a career in Real Estate as to Neil it is the pinnacle in the selling business. As fate would have it at the time Neil made the decision to start a career in Real Estate he saw an advertisement for a sales assistant to Shaun Cosgrave who at the time was Hamilton’s leading Real Estate salesperson and decided that that would be the ultimate learning opportunity. Quickly Neil applied for the position and worked hard on securing it. After a year with one of Hamilton’s smaller companies Neil and Shaun decided to move to the biggest company in New Zealand with the goal of becoming the number one sales team in New Zealand in their 1st full year. Lots and lots of hard work ensured that this goal was achieved and it was with great pride that the team stood up on stage at conference and accepted the number 1 award. The team went on to take out this award 4 Times in a row and at the peak of the market were involved in excess of 600 unconditional deals when the industry average was 32, an exceptional amount of business which was repeated 2 years in a row. After this time Shaun decided to take an extended break and handed the business over to Neil who decided to get another salesperson in and hand over the leadership role to her as Neil liked running the team behind the scenes. This year also saw the team take out the number one title. After this success Neil decided to leave the team environment and embark on a solo career. In Neil’s 1st year on his own he achieved a top 10 placing in the company out of 80 plus salespeople in a market that had totally crashed. Following his solo success Neil joined up with another team which achieved a top 20 placing in New Zealand and top 3 in the local company. After all of this experience Neil has now decided it is time to build his own team and work on his own profile to ensure that his and his client’s goals are achieved with energy and efficiency.
