Nick was born and bred in the Waimakariri District giving him good local area knowledge in and around the Waimakariri region.

An ex dairy farmer with a down to earth personality, Nick is very passionate about Residential and Lifestyle properties and being brought up on a lifestyle block, he has a strong interest in animal husbandry.  The Oxford Estate subdivision in which he lives is just one area he specialises in along with Kaiapoi and Christchurch. His speciality is listing and selling properties from family homes through to lifestyle properties and also investment portfolios.
