Nick is Vice President for the Hotels & Hospitality Group, where he works closely with our Capital Markets team across the New Zealand business and Hotels and Hospitality team across Asia Pacific to leverage our collective platform. Nick has been involved in a number of high profile transactions in recent times, including the sale of an Albert Wolfe Street site to M&L Investments for more than $70 million, Haka Hotel on K'Rd for $11.7 million with a passing yield of 4.9%, and the lease of the first modular-built hotel in New Zealand.
