Nigel was introduced to real estate at a very young age. He grew up around his mother Maria who was selling real estate in our local area from their home over 27 years ago. He now works with his mother and has seen many changes in the industry over the years.

He started his real estate career in the year 2000. He can still remember the best advice his mother gave him when he started all those years ago, “if you do not know the answer to a client’s question, say you do not know, but you will find out for them, and don’t make it up”.

Nigel finds being upfront and honest is the best policy. He has gained considerable knowledge and experience in the industry. He has also completed many projects of his own which include subdivision, house relocation, rental property and various house renovations. This puts him in good stead to give professional advice to both buyers and sellers.

Nigel has lived in Foxton, Foxton Beach and now currently on a small lifestyle block situated only minutes from town. He concentrates solely in this area and is a true specialist in his field. He lists both residential and lifestyle properties. The part he enjoys the most about his job is meeting different people and helping them to achieve a successful outcome. He loves the negotiating process and strives to obtain the best possible price for the owner, that the market is prepared to pay.

Nigel believes that it does not have to be stressful selling or buying a property, it is how things are handled and conducted by the agent through the entire process. The majority of his business is repeat, with some properties he has sold up to three times in his career.
