I come from an engineering background. After I gained a Civil Engineering qualification back home in India, I served as a Civil Engineer for various organisations for about 13 years. Upon my arrival in New Zealand, I gained a Quantity Surveying qualification at Unitec. After all, property is all about bricks and mortar. My engineering and surveying skills dovetail nicely with my career in real estate and I call on these skills often when looking and assessing property for my clients. For a time I was self-employed. As owner/driver of a major cab company in Auckland, I came to know the wider suburbs really well. I am reliable, honest and hardworking and my can-do attitude often sees me working long hours to meet deadlines.
