In November 2020 Paula Bennett joined Bayleys in our commercial division, Paula has recently been promoted to our National Director of Customer Engagement and Advisory. She leads our engagement with select corporate, government, large developers and private wealth. She excels in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring a property plan specific to individual requirements across the suite of Bayley’s offerings, including transacting large property deals. Paula is also integral in supporting leadership across women in commercial property.

Paula was previously a Senior Government Minister and held a multitude of portfolios including social housing, associate finance and state services and was Deputy Prime Minister.

Paula is Maori with Tainui ancestry.
