Pheon Hung has the distinct advantage of being fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghai dialect and English, combined with a wealth of sales experience.

As a valued member of the Bayleys Howick team, Pheon is a proud local resident and has worked hard to build a large database of clients, particularly within the prominent Asian community.

She is an active member of the Eastern Chinese Association and the St Johns Bucklands Beach Church.

Pheon lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 18 years and is well positioned to reach a wide-ranging multicultural demographic. This has proven to be highly beneficial to their clients listing in the culturally diverse areas of Howick and Bucklands Beach.

Pheon is a natural communicator and values being upfront and honest in both her personal and professional life. The negotiation process is where Pheon excels, having worked in sales and marketing for many years prior to entering the real estate industry.

Personal development is an important part of Pheon’s aim to do the best job for her clients. She regularly attends training courses and maintains a reciprocated and supportive relationship with her colleagues.

Pheon has previously worked in the marketing department of a US medical instrument firm and in sales for a Swiss pharmaceutical company. She was one of the top sales executives in her sector during her time with Roche pharmaceuticals in Shanghai.

Outside of work, Pheon enjoys classical music, painting and mosaic art. She regularly dedicates time to helping out at her daughter’s after-school activities and likes to travel overseas when her schedule will allow it.
