Living Local Working Local Phil and Eileen Goldsmith have lived in the Bay of Plenty all their lives and have an in-depth knowledge of the region. A Lifetime of Experience in the Rural Industry Phil has spent the past 30 years working in the agri-rural market place where service to that sector has been core to the great results he has achieved. Eileen, a fourth generation Opotiki-born farming girl, has never lost the love of farming and of country life. She has experienced her own property buying and selling, culminating in a nine lot subdivision at Waihi Beach. While the Goldsmiths call the Eastern Bay of Plenty their homeland, they also have a good knowledge of and work throughout the wider bay of Plenty and into the Central Plateau.
