About Pip Norris

Pip’s varied career has spanned industries and continents. Over this time Pip has operated her own Interior Design business, authored books, been a feature writer for interiors magazines and websites, and owned and run a boutique restaurant and lodge. With a lifelong interest in architecture and involved with the NZIA (NZ Institute of Architecture) as a friend member, Pip has a natural leaning towards homes of architectural interest. Vendors with design-led properties will find that Pip’s skill is in elevating these property campaigns beyond the norm. Her work for buyers in this, and all segments of the market is in depth and tailored. With her past career spent investing in how a home environment shapes the way people live, Pip is truly loving helping vendors present their homes. Imparting tips to maximise a home’s appeal for vendors and helping buyers see what is possible, has been found an invaluable skill for her clients. Relocating to Hawke’s Bay from Sydney has been a joy for Pip and her family and offers many lifestyle factors that they are relishing. Throughout their time in Sydney, owning a bach at Waimarama kept them connected to the region and gave their children a childhood filled with Hawke’s Bay beach memories to draw on when returning. The opportunity to work with such a strong brand as NZ Sotheby’s International Realty, is something Pip is really excited about, particularly in a region with as many natural features and benefits as Hawke’s Bay.
