In addition to this, I achieved the Rising Star of the Year award for Barfoot & Thompson. I am a man with many lines in the sands in terms of my lead sources. I may leverage my relationships in geographical farming, connections with local builders and developers, or referrals from my personal network. This is all in addition to my tenacious follow-up with prospective buyers from open homes. My key point of difference is my leadership, control, and influence when negotiating a deal. I am especially skilled at converting property viewings into written offers and finally to a closed deal.
