I take great pride in having a straightforward, open and honest communication style, providing both vendors and buyers with a complete, concise and clear picture of the whole process and this has been a pathway to many successful outcomes. Since moving to New Zealand in 2010, I have established a wide network of friends and contacts in and around West Auckland. Fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi, I’m well equipped to deal with different cultures and our wonderfully diverse communities. With an extensive background as a business owner and running a convenience store in India, I learnt the true value of a good work ethic, strong relationship building, inclusion and acceptance of all people and the power of providing exceptional service. All of which perfectly prepared me for the real estate industry. Entering real estate in 2014, originally with the New Lynn branch of Barfoot & Thompson, I have enjoyed a flourishing career thus far. I moved to the Swanson branch more recently, to be closer to home, where I continue to delight my customers with outstanding service. Studying for and achieving my Branch Managers licence not long ago, afforded me the opportunity to upskill and has given me a uniquely comprehensive view of the sales process. Outside of my real estate career I enjoy spending time with my wife and my daughters Alisha and Avleen, and experiencing all the benefits of our amazing West Auckland community.
