I am proud to say i have been involved in all facets of Real Estate in Upper Hutt for the last 32 years. I am confident in the following,
- Listing Homes for Sale
- Negotiating the Selling Process
- Subdivision New Builds
- Investment and Property Management
I am very proactive on the Real Estate law and Processes as it changes going forward.
I have been married to my wife Pam for 47 year's and have 3 Adult children. Privileged to have 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
We have been part of the Upper Hutt community since Christmas 1976. When we arrived in Upper Hutt I was the Catering Manager at St Pat's College Silverstream for 7 years.
From 1983 until 1989 I operated the Caravan Business in Silverstream where McDonald's now operates. I started in real estate in 1990 for a small office and have worked my way through the various facets of the industry, listing homes, helping buyer's, managing rental portfolio's and helping clients build them, property development, and all other thing's which arise along the way. My leisure time is spent in my large veggie garden, classic car, cooking, motorhome, fly fishing, grand children, family and by then I have no more time.
I am an Army-trained Chef and was a professional Chef in Hotels etc for 16 years. I then took to selling and I believe my skills are where they need to be to carry out and complete any opportunity put before me. I have been heavily involved in heading the British and European Car Day event held at Trentham Memorial Park for the last 33 years and raising funds for Wellington Free Ambulance.
I love getting an opportunity or challenge and coming out the other end with the best result.
