Beginning his Real Estate career in 2013, Richard understands the ins and outs of Tokoroa beyond helping his clientele buy and sell. A sense of belonging in a multicultural community and being central to the outdoors means it takes the same amount of time to travel to the snow or the beach, and Richard is proud of the community which he is actively part of.
Richard shows his community support by sponsoring a number of great local organisations and events. He has previously sponsored the South Waikato Fireworks Display, Take a Kid Fishing weekend, Thank a Local Fireman lunch, Kinleith Community Fun Run, Pink Ribbon Mother’s Day High Tea, Tokoroa AFC Reserves, Forest View High School, plus he has established his own community Easter Egg Hunt.
