With 32 years of real estate experience and a long-time local since 1969, Richard knows the Arrowtown and rural market intimately.

Beginning his real estate career in the Coromandel working for Richardson’s Real Estate, then opening his own office in Arrowtown in 1992, Richard has a vast knowledge of Arrowtown real estate.

Before his real estate career Richard worked in the hospitality industry for over thirteen years, holding senior management positions in Queenstown and Rotorua.

Now Principal of Bayleys Arrowtown, Richard shares his time supporting the team helping them to assist in giving their clients the best possible service available and helping many of his repeat customers and clients.

Richard is heavily involved in the local Community and has and still holds many Club and community affiliations.

Richard and his team are huge on giving honest and open advice and ensuring you achieve the highest price for your property showing you the different options of selling your property and if buying they will support you through the buying process with care and due diligence.
