Within minutes of meeting Rob Deal you sense his genuine enthusiastic character and passionate approach to life and the industry of Rural Real Estate.  Well-known and respected in the farming community Rob is part of the team based at the Bayleys office in Pahiatua servicing the Tararua and Wairarapa.

A familiar face in the farming community for many years. Rob has been Sheep and Beef farming in the Eketahuna area for 17 years and has recently sold his farm. Sharing common ground with his clients, Rob can relate to them in a personal and professional capacity through his clear understanding of all the issues that affect farming. 

It was Rob’s passion for a challenge that led him into the real estate industry.  Working hard during the economic down turn Rob has gone on to sell over $150 million worth of farms and recently, in partnership with Lindsay Watts, winning the prestigious NO.1 Top Salesperson Award for the Lower North Island Bayleys Coast to Coast Franchise - a testament to his respected name and strong relationships with farmers in the region.

Rob, his partner Kim and their 5 daughters love the Tararua region and are actively involved in the local community providing sponsorship  and support  for sporting clubs, schools and community events.
