- Rochelle McKelvie
Upon leaving school back in the late 80s, I entered the legal field as a clerk. I continued the legal path in a secretarial capacity for 11 years and worked for a number of high-profile corporates in Auckland. In 1997 I moved from Auckland to Northland and continued to work in the legal field travelling from Paparoa to Warkworth each day. During this time, I completed several legal executive papers.
In 1998 I left work to have my first of five children. After having raised my children until the youngest was school I age, I returned to work in 2013 with First National Roper & Jones my role being administration and reception. In 2019 I completed my real estate salesperson papers. In 2021 the position of Property Manager came up for the Maungaturoto and surrounding areas and I was asked to take on this position. At the beginning of this year, I also took over one of Roper & Jones’ two Dargaville property management portfolios. It is a challenging and everchanging role where no two days are the same. I enjoy working with my colleagues and getting to know the people in our community
