Rodger Green is a seasoned expert in Commercial and Business Leasing and Sales, bringing over two decades of experience to the real estate market. His career began as a business consultant for the Tauranga and Auckland Chambers of Commerce, as well as various Business Development Boards. In these roles, Rodger honed his skills in business improvement, marketing, and project management.
In 2003, Rodger transitioned into the commercial real estate sector, leveraging his extensive business background to provide exceptional service in leasing, commercial sales, and business sales. He spent four years in Tauranga before moving to Auckland, where he thrived in one of New Zealand's most competitive markets for 14 years. Rodger returned to Tauranga in 2019 with his wife Jo, to be closer to his children and grandchildren and be part of the Bay of Plenty’s continued growth.
Throughout his career, Rodger has worked with numerous large corporations managing expansive property portfolios, including retail, industrial, office, and restaurant premises. His comprehensive knowledge of the commercial real estate sector ensures that he can adeptly handle everything from ground floor shops to high-rise offices, small workshops to vast warehouses. Educated at Hamilton Boys' High School and with a technical background as an Electrical Engineer and Radio Communications Technician, Rodger has held various sales and managerial positions in prestigious organizations.
